Jaideep Vasant SOLANKI
Jaideep has pursued his Bachelors in Mechanical
Engineering from the coveted Sinhgad College of Engineering. After a
short stint at manufacturing, he went on to take up his Masters and completed
his MBA (Marketing) from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
He has a versatile
experience of over 12 years in the Industry and has worked for most of
the prestigious organisations in India as well as abroad. He had taken up
myriad assignments in Business Development, Channel &
Distribution Management, Marketing, Product Planning, Training
and Logistics & Operations Management.
In India, he had
served for Essar Oil, Tata AutoComp and Hindustan Automobile
Logistics. He has been associated with Toyota Oman while serving Saud
Bahwan Group in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
He is an active member
of Toastmasters International (TI) since 2008. He has founded the
Toastmasters Club of Pune Central at S.P. College and was the Charter
President for the club for 2012-13. He is also volunteering as Area
Governor for the District 41 (India, except Kerala, Karnataka & TN) of
Toastmasters International for the year 2013-14.
He has to his crown
educational titles from TI, namely Competent Communicator, Competent
Leader, Advance Communicator Bronze and Advance Leader Bronze. He
has trained corporate and student for Public Speaking thru SpeechCraft©.
In his zeal to be associated
with Academics he got himself associated with Indian Society for Training
and Development. He would be accomplishing his Diploma in Training &
Development Dec 2013. He is a life member of the ISTD Pune Chapter.
